Black’s Grove River Crossing Mountain Bike Race

The Black’s Grove River Crossing Mountain Bike Race takes place in early Fall at Black’s Grove Park near Wadena MN.
Black’s Grove Park, Wadena MN.
- From Wadena take Highway 29 west
- turn right onto 620th Ave
- turn left into the park.
Off-road mountain bike race, includes single-track and ski trails.
Date and Start Times
Races will take place on Saturday, Oct 22nd. Pre-register by mail. On-site registration will also be available. Race starting times are as follows:
|Kid Race:||Race for kids ages 7 to 12 years old. Race is short and relatively flat.|
|Citizen Race:||Race is roughly 6 miles and about half single-track with ski trail.|
|Sport Race:||Race is roughly 12 miles and mostly single-track with ski trail passing lanes. Trail is technical, steep and narrow at times on both uphills and downhills.|
|Expert Race:||Race is roughly 18 miles and mostly single-track with ski trail passing lanes. Trail is technical, steep and narrow at times on both uphills and downhills.|

Race Day: $10.00
Awards for each race event are as follows:
|Kid Race:||Every participant will receive a medal.|
Top female and male overall will receive trophies.
Top three racers in each group will receive medals.
